This page allows you to get a map from a mapping website for a specific grid reference. The following formats of grid reference are understood:

• Map & 6-figure Grid Ref (e.g. 185/424152, 185/424.5 152.5)
• Grid Square (e.g. SU4215)
• 6-figure ref with National Grid identifier (e.g. SU424152, SU424.5 152.5)
• 12-figure Grid Ref (e.g. 442400115200)

Note that the grid references with maps can only be done for the maps we know where they start as there is no easy direct conversion from a map number to co-ordinates. The maps currently known about are: 164, 166, 174, 175, 177, 180, 184, 185, 186, 188, 189, 190, 193, 195, 197, 198, 165, 196, 187, 192, 178, 104.
