Can be rather lively during the Sunday evening singalong sessions. Telephone: 01794 368225 Comments: Everyone is made welcome in this family run pub. The Gales ales are kept extremely well and a selection of Gales wines is also on offer. Food consists of excellent value-for-money ploughmans which are usually available right up until closing time. Christopher Finch, Sep 2005 Beer still good, ploughmans still cheap, pub still tatty, perhaps (and I'm probably commiting heresy here) getting a little too tatty now though, recovering some of the chairs couldn't do the place any harm for a start. London Pride alongside HSB on the bar....this is the only noticeable change over a 30 year period - great! Decor, furniture,menu still the same and I mean the same!
